David Lumpkin, RVT
David is a Registered Vascular Technologist with over 20 years experience. He joined the team at La Bella Vita Laser and Vein Center shortly after its opening as the center’s RVT.
David is a native New Orleanian brings an extensive practical knowledge in vascular ultrasonography to La Bella Vita. As a dedicated healthcare professional, he is committed to working with patients to provide the best patient care and diagnostic testing to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of their Venous disease.
Kayla Perino is La Bella Vita Laser and Vein Center’s medical assistant. Kayla was born and raised in New Orleans, and has had a life-long interest in aesthetics and skin care.
Kayla attended the John Jay Beauty College, graduating from their esthetics program with her Esthetician and Microdermabrasion licenses. After gaining additional experience at a day spa, Kayla joined the La Bella Vita Laser and Vein Center team.
Kayla’s strong organizational skills help to keep the office running efficiently, and her pleasant demeanor promotes an extremely positive patient experience. As La Bella Vita grows, Kayla will expand her role to fill the position of esthetician. Says Kayla, “I enjoy working with our existing patients and look forward to meeting our future ones.”

Patricia was trained and certified as a Medical Assistant in San Diego, CA in 2003.
She has worked in both the medical and the veterinary field. Patricia has worked in several specialty medical practices including, but not limited to Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Chiropractic, Dermatology,and Phlebology. She is a people person and enjoys helping others. She is caring and compassionate and keeps patients at ease and laughing while assisting Dr. Juleff in procedures.
Outside of her professional career as a Medical Assistant, she is a writer and an all around creative type. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Chaminade University while living in Hawaii.
